Impressionist Cityscapes Through Lovers’ Eyes by Leonid Afremov
A professional artist since 1978, American artist Leonid Afremov graduated from the prestigious school Vitebsk Art School, originally founded by classical artist Marc Chagall. Inspired by the work of the latter, Pablo Picasso, Amedeo Modigliani, and Salvador Dalí, Afremov’s work is purely emotional. Every scene is a reflection of his feelings, emotions, passions and anything that feeds his soul. For this reason, he often chooses to cover the beauty of young love, romance, and the grandeur of cityscapes, which often glimmer as brightly as his paintings during the night.
The vibrant and highly saturated colors of Afremov’s work mimic his inspirations, although his technique emulates Camille Pissarro’s and Claude Monet’s impressionist brush and Georges Seurat’s pointillistic style. By combining the soft flare of depicting images and figures with the contrast of pixelated sharp colors, Afremov delivers stunning and stimulating pieces. Hello tumblr I’m asking for your help. This is my cousin Rachael. She’s smart, kind, and a genuinely good person. She had been staying up at our families land in Wells new York so that she could be closer to her new job. Wednesday night she went to dinner with her parents then went home. She texted her mom at 9:15pm and that was the last time anyone heard from her. Friday morning her dad went to check on her and she was nowhere to be found. Her camper door was wide open as was the door to her jeep. The keys were still in the Jeep. As was her phone, purse, and the leftovers from her dinner. The jeep had run out of gas and died. After searching the woods and exhausting every other possibility the police now think that she was abducted. Please. If anyone has seen her or heard anything then help us bring her home. Please. All of her family and friends are worried sick. It’s been five days so she could be anywhere. Even if youre not in new York please share. It could literally save a life

the strings are lazy but also the same. like u can tell a lot of the ppl w/ the stringed instruments may already basically know how to play stringed instruments. like there’s definitely a section at the beginning where you hear a good portion going “oh yeah this is like. a smaller/bigger version of what i do.”
all you hear of any woodwinds is just “pffffttt??? pFFFTTTT???? PFFFFFTTTT I SAID PFFFFTTTT!!!!!” bc woodwinds are fucking HARD and you hear after like the first crescendo half of them just give up. they give up. they’re done. fuck this it tastes weird and my lips hurt.

I died too. I played woodwind. THE STRUGGLE OF BEING A WOODWIND IS REAL. All the people who play woodwinds can do this amazing thing and make them sound good.
